2.0 Incentives

Closed-loop rules
that fire themselves

Bonuses, boosts, and segment-targeted rewards that trigger on real activity. Set the rule once. The loop runs on every transaction.

Trigger model

Every event is a trigger you can hang a rule on

Top-ups, till swipes, dormancy timeouts, cross-branch visits. Every customer event is structured, named, and rule-targetable in real time. No batch jobs.

Event-based triggers

top_up.created, till.debit, cohort.dormant_30d. Every event is a typed trigger you can compose rules against.

tier ≥ 2 + dormant 14d + branch ∈ [Olaya, Tahlia]

Composable conditions

Stack AND / OR / NOT against segments, time windows, and threshold values. The condition builder is operator-readable.

Real-time fire

Rules fire the moment the event hits. Customer reloads at 12:14 → boost credited at 12:14:00.180.

Composition

Composes with every pillar

Incentives settle through the wallet (same balance), tag attribution events (closes the spend→swipe loop), target customer segments, and can be authored by brain in plain language.

Rule fired+ SAR 10
Wallet creditedSAR 257.50
Treasury debited− SAR 10

Wallet-settled

No separate points engine. Every boost debits / credits the wallet directly. One ledger.

Attribution-tagged

Every rule fire carries a campaign tag. The downstream till swipe attributes back to the rule automatically.
