Pricing

Priced by branch count.
Tiered by what you operate.

Three tiers. Every tier ships every pillar. The line between tiers is usage limits and the team behind your account, not which buttons you can press.

What stays the same

Every pillar, every tier.

Feature gating across tiers would split the product into two. Feddi sells one product at three scales.

Branded wallet, stored value the merchant owns
Closed-loop incentives, rules-based
Inventory tied to identified buyers
Per-branch, per-campaign, per-cohort attribution
Cohort and per-customer intelligence
Plain-language operator decisioning
English and Arabic, RTL native
SOC2-track logging, PCI-scoped storage

Frequently asked

What we hear from operators evaluating us.

Why is pricing not posted publicly?
Every Feddi deployment is shaped by branch count, transaction volume, integration scope, and which pillars the operator activates. Posted prices would either be wrong for most or too generic to act on. A 15-minute call gets you a number that holds.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on Starter and Operator. Enterprise deployments include an implementation engagement; scope and fee are quoted with the agreement.
What is included in every tier?
All six pillars: Wallet, Incentives, Inventory, Attribution, Customers, and Brain. Tier differences are usage limits, support response, and access to enterprise controls. Not feature gating.
Do you offer pilots?
Yes. Six-week paid pilots scoped to one to three branches. The pilot rolls into a full agreement or ends cleanly with your data exported.
How long does implementation take?
Starter: same week. Operator: two to four weeks including POS wiring and operator training. Enterprise: scoped per group, typically four to eight weeks.
Which payment rails are supported?
mada, Apple Pay, Google Pay, STC Pay, and card networks across the GCC. Specific rail availability depends on your acquirer; we coordinate with your existing setup.
